Meet Rachel Welcome to Pretty Skin Club. I'm Rachel Szawielenko, a licensed esthetician, laser technician, and certified medical assistant with over 15 years of experience helping clients achieve healthier, more confident skin. Pretty Skin Club is a private luxury skincare studio in West Austin, serving clients from Tarrytown, Westlake, Rollingwood, Downtown Austin, Bee Cave, and the surrounding communities. Throughout my career, I've worked in both luxury spas and medical aesthetics, giving me a unique perspective on skincare. I believe the best results come from combining advanced corrective treatments with a personalized, relaxing experience—because taking care of your skin should feel just as good as the results look. I specialize in customized facials, corrective skincare, microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, LED light therapy, and microcurrent treatments for clients looking to improve acne, hyperpigmentation, sun damage, uneven texture, and the visible signs of aging. Every treatment plan is thoughtfully customized to your skin, your lifestyle, and your long-term goals. My philosophy is simple: healthy skin isn't created in a single appointment. Cancellation Policy
Pretty Skin Club Cancellation Policy
At Pretty Skin Club, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To respect our estheticians’ time and other clients, we kindly ask that you review our policy:
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the scheduled service.
Same-Day Cancellations & No-Shows
Same-day cancellations and missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged 100% of the service cost.
No-shows may be required to prepay for future bookings.
Retainers (for select services)
A non-refundable retainer may be required for advanced services (chemical peels, microneedling, packages, or series).
Retainers will be applied toward your service total but will be forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows.
Repeated no-shows may result in full retainer, 100% charge, or discontinuation of services.
Late Arrivals
Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or receive a shortened service. For shorter appointments such as laser hair removal, we will need to reschedule if you are not able to arrive on time.
Full service pricing will still apply.
